Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital is ready to hire a Licensed Veterinary Technician to add to our exceptional team. The ideal technician is a driver of hospital procedures and workflow. We are a busy general practice that relies on teamwork and wants to utilize the skills you have worked so hard to develop. We are only as good as our team. We are looking for candidates comfortable and proficient with routine wellness care, general anesthesia, surgery and dental procedures,  radiography, catheter placement, venipuncture, injectable medications, diagnostic testing, and monitoring/nursing skills. 

We work with local specialists including radiologists and surgeons for more advanced procedures. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, genuinely care, and be concerned for our patients’ well-being.  Come join our team of experienced technicians and super-assistants where you will have the opportunity to continue to hone your technical skills while helping to build our growing practice.  Previous experience and a valid license with the  Department of Health are preferred, however, new graduates will be considered.
