In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Please call us when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building.
If you are feeling well, we ask that you call our office from your car once you arrive for your appointment, and we will direct your check-in at that point. We will swap out your pet’s leash for one of our own while here, and we ask that cats come in carriers with no blankets or personal belongings
Pet Care Services: We ask that any non-medical services such as nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc. be postponed until we resume normal operations. If you or anyone in your household is ill we ask that you reschedule all non-urgent appointments to minimize staff exposure.
Medication Procedures: For those of you picking up medications or other supplies, we also ask that you call us so that we may facilitate curbside pickup. We are also encouraging all medication refills to be a minimum of a two-month supply where applicable.
We understand the challenges everyone is facing at this time. We ask that you be respectful of the staff and these policies as this is uncharted territory for all of us. We are making our best effort to provide your pet(s) with exceptional veterinary care while keeping everyone healthy and being able to maintain adequate support staff to continue to provide care.
